I will say this right off the bat to get it out of the way: Kid Cudi is on some “other level” ish. When most rappers are rapping about women and cars, Cudi rhymes about fighting his inner demons. Don't get me wrong, Cudi still loves the ladies and lets us know that regularly, but he really is on another level. His last two albums set him apart from his mainstream hip-hop brethren by showing us more introspection, absolutely sick, progressive beats, and a penchant for making hooks so catchy they stay in your brain for weeks at a time (looking at you, “Pursuit of Happiness”).Read More »

Good news, New York music fans – the Barclays Center will be hosting a sure-to-be-amazing show co-headlined by Jay-Z and Coldplay this New Year’s Eve.

The power duo are set to perform at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, New York.
