Anime-Styled Super Mario

I love Japanese anime.  The artform is just incredible, the detail is mesmerizing.  Today I found an image and I would love to know where it came from.  Unfortunately, it was just link bait; it brought me to a page that had nothing to do with the image.  I will keep on searching and when I find more information about this image, I will update it here.  The artist took Super Mario and drew him in an awesome action scene crushing a turtle.  You can see the image below.  I will update when I can.
