E3: The Nerdiest Convention

E3 2012 has got the lowdown for all gamers of all ages. It’s akin to ComicCon, if you’re unfamiliar with conferences and conventions. There’ll be lots of fun stuff going on, but it doesn’t start for a few days, so you’ll have to satisfy yourself with website content for right now. There’s loads of reviews and updates for you to check out!

The new and improved Smash Bros. is coming out! Smash Bros. has been around since the N64 (which happens to be the only console I’ve played it on), so a lot of people are really iffy about this new version. It’ll be made for the Wii U and 3DS. We’re hoping for a better character roster and the removal of a few glitches. It’s said that the game will be a bit divided, with an emphasis on customization for the 3DS version and more on gameplay in the Wii version.

There’s also an article on the site about Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. This is a personal point of interest for me, because I’m such a sucker for Transformers. The game is basically a prequel, with the action starting out on planet Cybertron as the Primes fight for their home. We know they lose the war, but there’s also something of a mystery surrounding our beloved Bumblebee. He may or may not perish in the game, and what would we do without Bee?

There are also reviews for Sorcery, Dragon’s Dogma, and Harley Quinn’s Revenge. There’s a news blog that you can check out at, and countdown to the live shows and real action at the conference. It’s the biggest event in gaming this June, and I know that the best gamers among us can’t wait!
