Your lifestyle, your quirk
Lindsay Lohan is making her way back from the darkest depths of career suicide and has actually been booking a surprisingly amount of work. However, just as we were starting to root for her again, eager to see the 25-year-old move past her partying ways and generally unhealthy lifestyle, reports from her coworkers are revealing that she can return her hair back to the red that helped make her famous, but that alone won’t bring back her once-eager work ethic.
Most recently, Lohan filmed a guest-starring role on the hit television musical Glee, where she plays a judge helping determine which competing glee club will win the national prize. Also guest starring as a judge is the adorable Entourage star (he plays Lloyd, Ari’s ever-loyal assistant) Rex Lee.
Stills from the shows filming show Lohan looking fresh-faced and pretty in a black and white pattered dress, her long auburn hair worn down in large curls, and simple but flattering make-up.
Lohan seemed excited about her role, tweeting after one of her earlier filming segments, “Glee was fun to do! It made me want to live in a world of musicals where people always just burst out into song & dance!”
The show’s producers, however, weren’t as impressed with Lohan. It has been reported that Lohan was more than two hours late for her scheduled shoot, so the production staff finally sent a car to the Chateau Marmont hotel to pick her up and bring her to the set so they could get on with the filming.
“Lindsay was a total nightmare. She was three hours late in the morning and when she did finally arrive, she just didn’t want to be there. She did not want to work. She did not memorize her lines and she kept disappearing so no one could find her,” a source told E! News.
However, Lohan’s spokesperson, Steve Honig, was quick to find excuses – er, explain – that the actress’ extreme lateness was due to a “misunderstanding” rather than a general lack of respect for others and their time.
Honig said, “The production team came to us and said that they wanted to start [with Lindsay] right after lunch, which was at 2 p.m. They wanted to begin with Lindsay at 3 p.m., so that meant she had a lot of time where she wasn't doing anything. That's why people didn't see her. She was then in hair and make-up and began after lunch at 3 p.m.”
Whatever the reason she was late, Lohan did finally finish her shots and her Glee episode, so if she still manages to draw your interest, the episode airs next week on May 15.
