The daily Bugle reports of a webbed menace on the streets of new york.  They did an exhaustive report on this so called vigilante.  Police Chief Stacy is asking anyone with knowledge about this individual to call 877-651-8503. As stacy puts, if this so called spider-man was really a hero then why is he wearing a mask? Stacy asks: It’s time to end this masked hooligan’s reign and shine a light on the shadows of vigilantism.
