Do you love your job? Well, are you at least engaged in your job? If so, you likely also live a healthy lifestyle. This is according to a study by Gallup that looked at people’s enthusiasm and involvement at work, as well as their eating habits and exercise routines. Those who were engaged in their job were more likely to eat healthfully and exercise than their disengaged counterparts.
