The Kama Sutra, translated as "Aphorisms on Love," is one of the world's best-known sexual texts. Historians think it first appeared between 400 and 200 BCE. It is an ancient Hindu book, originally written in Sanskrit by Vātsyāyana, a Hindu philosopher who lived in India during the time.
