Miley’s Pot Fiasco

in category of Gossip, Quirked, Abby Lee Hood, celebrity news, tech

Miley Cyrus got all tangled up in a social media controversy earlier this week. The Instragram user “mileyxxcyrus” posted a picture of a young blonde with short hair smoking what looks like a joint. While the majority of the girl’s face is obscured by smoke, some people thought it was Cyrus.

The Instamgram user’s page can no longer be found – the link says something has gone wrong. A quick search for the username using the actual app reveals similar usernames, but not the actual account that posted the picture. Read More »

Chocolate is delicious, but it’s not the healthiest food choice. Yes, it has antioxidants when it’s dark. But people tend to overstate the health benefits of chocolate. A small piece of dark chocolate contains a good amount of antioxidants, but if you eat more than that, you’re upping your calorie intake and are more likely to pack on pounds. People always say to eat everything in moderation; but when it comes to chocolate, we are more tempted to turn gluttonous.Read More »

After spending plenty of quality time on the phone with HP and running diagnostic after diagnostic, it’s come down to this: reformat and hope it’s a corrupted Windows installation…or box it off and send it back to the mother company.Read More »

Guess what, all this is possible and more!Read More »

Oh, Siri

Siri, thou art a lying wench.

Remember how excited everyone was when Siri was announced? “ZOMG, Apple’s including an AI on the iPhone!” The advertisements were exciting. The introductory commercials showed a great deal of promise. I think most of my friends were picturing a female version of C-3P0 tucked into their phone (or maybe that was just me). I’m a PC gal at heart, but even I thought, Wow, I wish I had a freaky little robot who would act like a search engine.Read More »
